Teamwork Technology continues as a cooperative

During last shareholders meeting it was officially decided that Teamwork Technology would continue as a cooperative organisation. This is an important milestone in the 17 year history of Teamwork Technology. Founder and shareholder Fred Gardner on this decision: 'We searched for an organisational structure to suite our teams of specialists and further the growth of our company. This has resulting in our conversion to a cooperative. With it we will have more democracy in our organisation.'  The board of the new cooperative consists of Frank van Beuningen, Paul Kruit, Jos van der Meer, Carlos de Bourbon de Parme and Fred Gardner.
